California Wildfires: New Records Set by 2018 Fires

Summary/Abstract

This article describes the devastating effects of the California fires in fall 2018. At the time of publishing, the fires had burned 210,603 acres of land, destroyed 7,072 homes and structures, and led to the evacuation of 265,000 individuals.
